A wine with a medium weight palate and a fresh dry finish with hints of pear, toffee, citrus and nutty aromas, this pinot gris is a complex food styled wine. Serve with seafood, white meats, veal or pork.

The Impostor - Flora 2008 (Matakana)                          $27.00

A lightly fragrant wine with hints of citrus peel, marmalade and stone fruit.  The Impostor is  semi-sweet  in flavour with a crisp fine finish. Serve as an aperitif or with soft cheese and fruit or fruit based desserts.

A wine of distinction, this classic New Zealand Pinot Noir displays seductive spice and smoke aromas leading to a cascade of ripe red berry flavours, forest floor characters and a hint of chocolate, embraced by velvety smooth tannins.

This densely coloured vibrant wine is warm and concentrated with intense plum and cherry flavours. These flavours are complimented by great depth, complexity and a finely structured finish. This wine pairs well with beef, lamb and pasta dishes.

Rich, tangy and classically  herbaceous, this is a fresh and full-bodied wine with generous gooseberry, passion fruit, tropical and melon flavours backed by a crisp finish. This classic New Zealand Sauvignon blanc pairs well with seafood and green salads.

The 2008 vintage produced a, full-bodied and dark ruby coloured Montepulciano.  Aromas of sweet dark fruits, spice and tar.  A well structured wine with flavours of black cherry/ chocolate. Serve with Pasta, Beef and Game or Mature cheeses.

  Densely coloured single vineyard syrah has been aged in French Oak.  It has aromas of ripe blackberry, plum and spicy pepper, complimented by great depth and complexity.

 This rich and enticing wine is a classic example of New Zealand Chardonnay with peaches and cream complimented by a tropical palate of paw paw, pineapple and passion fruit balanced by a touch of French Oak.
