Followed by 6 Courses seated in the Underground Cellar


 Seared monk fish , citrus lime beurre blanc filo basket with  slow roasted seaseme prawn and a coriander and avocado mousse


Walnut crusted chicken strips and cos lettuce, parmesan cheese, quail egg, baby tomato and a port verge


Lamb back strap, grilled black pudding, raspberry jus and parsnip curls


Honey roasted duck breast, baba ganoush pate, tapenade with a cucumber salsa on a kumara galette


Eye fillet pepper crusted, red onion jam, polenta toast, prosciutto wrapped asparagus and a plum glaze.


Hazelnut soufflé, mango sorbet, tuille biscuit, wrapped with a butterscotch sauce.
