Team Development should be fun, innovative and results orientated
Leadership is the key component to effective team development.

Think outside the Boardroom - Reveal the hidden dynamics of your team!

This unique program is now available exclusively @ Omaha Bay Vineyard!

Through our experiential process, participants will learn how to:
Build flexibility into their leadership style to improve team performance while achieving objectives.
Manage diverse teams through effective communication skills.
Build engagement with team members that fosters team spirit and greater productivity.
Develop their understanding of interpersonal behavioral dynamics and the importance it plays within a leadership role

The more we involve learners, the more senses are engaged, thereby increasing the probability that they will learn, retain, and apply what they have learned.
Each exercise is custom designed to maximize learning potential and focus on developing individual skills as they work through each fun interactive group challenge. Teams will work to:

• develop relationships;
• accept responsibility and accountability;
• overcome barriers to find change;
• be encouraged to be creative and innovative;
• find opportunity in working together;
• realize the benefits associated with effective communication;
• and recognize the value of mutual trust, respect, and personal integrity.

All while having a blast!

We have limited spaces available for Teams of up to 8 participants during November/December 2017 and January/February
Enjoy a Vineyard Platter and Wine Tasting at the end of your Team Building Session in our stunning underground Cellar.
